Our Rejuvenation Through Calm sessions are held by Amy Prokopowicz.
Amy is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and is currently enrolled in My Vinyasa Practice 300 hour teacher training to become a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher. During her recovery from a head injury, she completed Yoga Mindset through Love Your Brain, a nonprofit devoted to improving quality of life for people with traumatic brain injuries . She went on to complete Love Your Brain Teacher Training then received a scholarship from Mind Body Solutions to attend an Adaptive Yoga Workshop.
Amy is passionate about sharing yoga to people of all abilities and taught chair yoga to women diagnosed with PTSD and co-occurring disorders. Amy integrates mindfulness and mediation into her yoga classes. She enjoys teaching Yoga Nidra (yoga for sleep and deep relaxation), chair, restorative,
and gentle yoga. Amy incorporates Ayurveda Yoga, sister science of yoga and ancient Indian medicine
into her daily lifestyle through guidance of an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
Length of Sessions: 30 Minutes
Cost: $25 if booked separately $20 if booked with a counseling session

Mindfulness is an important tool that help you live in, and appreciate the moment. Amy can assist you in improving your mindfulness skills to help you create days that are meaningful and insightful.
Chair yoga is a special passion of Amy's. Chair yoga is gentle and accessible to everyone, no matter your pain or disability. Amy will help you create a routine to learn how to increase your quality of life and overall connectedness to your body.
