Provide specialized, affordable, high-level mental health care and support for those living with chronic pain, chronic illness and disability.

  • Support clients in coming to terms with living with chronic pain, illness and/or disability.

  • Help clients see themselves as more than their pain or diagnosis and learn how to live a fulfilling life despite their body’s objections.

  • Create opportunities for clients to grow and feel connected to their communities.

  • Provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process and cope with their pain or illness with empathy and understanding.

  • Help clients make sense of what it means to live with chronic pain or illness.
