Chronic Hope Cares is the non-profit sister company of Chronic Hope Counseling. Seeing the unique struggles those with chronic pain/illness face we knew that something needed to be done. We strive to connect and support the "spoonie" community starting with advocacy programs and soon adding other projects to make this population's lives easier and more fulfilling.
